Liz strives to bring that sense of peace and joy to others through teaching. She enjoys guiding a meditative style of yoga. A practice that focuses on the breath, self-care and self-acceptance. Liz believes in the benefits of yoga for the body and the mind and is excited to share that with others. She is also excited to continue to evolve as a student and teacher to see where that journey takes her in life.
