Beth Wernham is an E-RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance. Her journey in yoga began over 25 years ago as a way to manage anxiety and depression. In 2001, she studied Mindfulness Meditation and in 2008, she received her YTT-200 at Open Heart Yoga in Orefield, PA. As a clinical social worker, she realized quickly that talk therapy was only part of a healing process for many of her clients, and became certified to teach yoga for depression and anxiety through LifeForce Yoga. In 2016 she received her YTT-500 at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and in 2017 she became certified as a Chair Yoga teacher with Lakshmi Voelker’s program. She is also certified as a Children’s Yoga instructor and yoga for pregnant students.
