Celeste Green began a regular yoga practice, using video podcasts, while she was studying abroad in Spain in 2010. While living in a different country and learning a new language, Celeste practiced yoga each morning as a way to gain physical strength, as well as mental clarity. Upon returning to the states Celeste continued her home practice and started attending yoga classes at her university; however she was not instantly hooked. In 2013, she moved to the Lehigh Valley and found her regular practice at hot yoga classes. Celeste stopped attending hot classes and began experimenting with a variety of classes when she was pregnant with her son in 2015. Throughout her pregnancy she discovered the magic that happened when she slowed down and allowed space in her practice for spirit to flow through her.
At present, Celeste enjoys practicing a variety of yoga styles. She uses hatha yoga to reduce anxiety and cope with daily life stressors. Celeste has a passion for teaching beginner students, as she enjoys making yoga accessible to all.
Celeste is a wife and a mother to a lovable little boy. She works as a school psychologist and loves using yoga techniques with the students with whom she works.
