In an individual session, you will learn positions for muscle balance and pain relief, including:
- 3 positions to balance pelvis
- Muscle balance for lower back, knees and sciatica
- Muscle balance for headaches and shoulder pain
- “The Daily 5” muscle stretches
- Active sitting positions for work or travel
- Positions for standing, walking, computer use, and driving
- Identify imbalances: know your body!
Connie Williams is an Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) Professional, certified in LVCY chair yoga, and a US Professional ice skating coach with over 50 years of experience. Using IPT techniques, Connie has been teaching competitive ice skaters how to correct muscle imbalances and prevent injury. Also benefiting are people in her adult classes where balance and good postural alignment help to manage pain and stress.
