Larissa

Larissa Noto has been practicing yoga for 21 years. She took her first class in 1998, while fulfilling a gym requirement at Muhlenberg College. Then she became hooked — not just by the physical practice, but also with the way yoga helped her body, mind and soul feel, both on and off the mat. To further deepen her practice, she completed 95+ hours of yoga teacher training at ChildLight Yoga and Yoga 4 Classrooms Kids Yoga Teacher Training, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Easton Yoga,  Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida (NYC) with Abbie Paloma and Ally Bogard, and Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training with Jillian Pransky. She is also trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Y12SR, Prenatal/Postnatal, Trauma, Chair Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation, and Yoga for Special Needs. Larissa is currently pursuing her 500-hour yoga certification at West End Yoga and The Yoga Loft. Larissa firmly believes that yoga can be practiced by all.  Whether you are new to yoga or are a seasoned yogi, Larissa strives to cultivate an accessible and inclusive practice to honor all students who venture into her class.  When she isn’t sharing her love of yoga with others, she is a wife, mom of 3 boys, lawyer, professor and parent support guide for those whose children have special needs.
