Jamie Laputka found her love of yoga 12 years ago. She enjoys teaching yoga to children and believes that if we can share the tools of peace, mindfulness and love with children, our world will become a more compassionate place. Jamie’s passion is teaching prenatal/postnatal yoga. She believes that prenatal yoga is very important during pregnancy to strengthen the body, to practice breathing techniques to assist with labor and to connect with baby.
