Wendy Arner is a 500-hour West End Yoga-trained instructor and lifelong student of wellness. Wendy has served others as an RN for almost three decades along with pursuing graduate studies in Public Health. She believes in promoting healthy lifestyle habits through a holistic approach.
Wendy arrived to yoga when a running injury compelled her to slow down and take care of her body. She found that a regular yoga practice was the missing piece needed to handle the stresses of everyday life. The immediate sense of well-being and decreased anxiety kept her returning to the mat. Increased energy and physical strength soon followed.
Wendy’s beginner-friendly approach strives to meet the needs of individual practitioners. She creates a healthy, fun environment where you can safely nourish your mind, body and spirit through yoga.
